Boundaries and responsibility
One category contains three contexts that must remain distinct.
Schools centre learning, minors, assessment and the role of teachers. Public bodies centre authority, reasons, equal access and challenge. Social organisations centre mission, recipient vulnerability, resources and trust.
A project may share technical components across these settings, but cannot automatically transfer purpose, data or decision authority.

Which AI uses are suitable for schools?
Support for preparation, search, accessibility and learning activities can be explored with clear purposes and an explicit teaching role. Assessment and children’s data require specific examination.
Can a chatbot answer on behalf of a public body?
It may provide guidance from approved sources. It should not turn information into a decision or hide the competent human route.
How are people who do not use digital tools protected?
Keep accessible alternative channels, human assistance and equivalent information. Access to a right should not depend on using the system.
Can the same data be reused across settings?
Not automatically. Purpose, authorisation, recipients, retention and authority differ across schools, public administration and organisations.
How should impact be assessed?
Observe quality and access alongside errors, exclusion, understanding, staff workload, correction routes and trust.
